Our beautiful 1 bedroom apartment (comfortably sleeps 4) is on the Miraflores Rancho C complex. This is a beautiful gated community with landscaped gardens and full size swimming pool, children's pool and lifeguard in the summer. Our apartment is bright and spacious with marble flooring throughout and modern comfortable furnishings. Wifi, aircon and heating are included. There is a large living and dining room, with flat screen TV (with international channels). There is a full size double sofa bed and additional single fold out chair bed. The large bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, grill oven, automatic washing machine and small appliances and utensils. Our lounge opens to a large terrace with views over the gardens and pools, with superb views of the sea and mountains. There is a table with chairs on the terrace for al fresco dining or soaking up the sun. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. The apartment is accessed by stairs and lift. There is allocated secure parking and direct access from garage to apartment via lift. Use of nearby tennis courts is included.

We are 5 - 10 minute walk from the nearest bars and restaurants, including the well known Blue Marlin restaurant, and the nearest supermarket. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach (El Bombo) and 15 minutes into the very centre of La Cala de Mijas. The walk includes one fairly steep hill and guests with mobility problems may need to consider car hire or taxi use (which are very reasonably priced!), but the walk is shaded, the views are magnificent and otherwise car hire is not essential. There is an excellent boardwalk that can be accessed at El Bombo and stretches 6km along the coastline offering beautiful walks with the opportunity to visit many beachside bars and cafes along the way. La Cala de Mijas is a beautiful former fishing village that retains it's traditional charm whilst having plenty of facilities, activities and excellent restaurants, bars and cafes catering to all tastes, including the famous Olivia's and the Little Geranium, as well as our own favourites - Albahaca and Konfusion! There is a lively weekly market near the centre of La Cala. Golfers are spoilt for choice with La Cala Golf, Santana Golf, El Chapparral and Mijas Golf all nearby. There is h
