The 150 square meter house is on three levels, on the main level is a lounge and dining area with floor to ceiling windows with views to the sea, it is also connected to the spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with all you need for cooking. Here you will also find a formal dining room, a bedroom with two single beds (with air conditioning) and a bathroom. On the lower level is the second lounge with doors to the terrace and double bedroom with en suite bathroom, the bedroom doors open onto a terrace with sun loungers. From the lounge area is the fourth bedroom/library with two single beds. The master bedroom is on the upper level with en suite bathroom, this bedroom (with air conditioning) opens onto an amazing terrace with open views to the bay on one side, the port and mountains on the other side, there are chill out sofas and chairs for relaxing and enjoying a drink while admiring the beautiful view. Outside are various terraces with sun loungers and dining table. Enjoy the 25 square meters private pool. Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 70 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35 euros/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
