We are a San Sebastian-based agency, which has specialised in short-term and medium-term holiday apartment rental since 2007. We offer a varied selection of apartments located in the best parts of the city, fully equipped and at competitive prices. CUSTOMERS Our main customers are families, couples and groups of friends that, either for vacation or business, wish to feel at home when visiting San Sebastian. We are aware of the fact that each customer is different and unique, and therefore we make an effort so that all of them obtain the best service and experience in our apartments. RECEPTION AND ATTENTION Unlike other agencies, at Iberorent Apartments we receive our tenants in the apartment itself to make sure that they enter the apartment without any setback. In this way, we have the opportunity to show the special features of each apartment and to resolve in situ any doubts and thus prevent misunderstandings. However, we also have a 24 hour customer service hotline in order to solve any problems during the stay.

The apartment is located 50 meters from La Zurriola beach, in one of the best areas of the Gros neighbourhood, with all kinds of services.

Recent years have seen this young, dynamic and cosmopolitan district lying to the east of the city become a bustling commercial area, particularly for sports shops (largely dedicated to surf and cycling).If water activities are your thing, head on along there for surf lessons on the Zurriola Beach with its hordes of surf-lovers and professionals. Sport and nature go hand in hand in Gros.Climbing Mount Ulia, a natural park right there in the city, you can stroll along one of the most important hill-walking areas in San Sebastian, part of the Way of Saint James. But if you’d rather take a rest from the hustle and bustle of the city without actually leaving it, make your way to the exotic Cristina Enea gardens. Gros is also the place to go for the best art galleries in the city, the famous Kursaal Conference Centre and Tabakalera, a former tobacco factory revamped into the new International Centre for Contemporary Culture.
