Furthermore, all our properties are duly registered and authorised by the Balearic Islands Ministry of Tourism, which provides an additional guarantee to the client, as high quality and hygiene requirements are demanded. We have a maintenance department specialised in the integral care of the properties (gardens, painting, carpentry, swimming pool, exterior areas, etc.) with our own staff to always guarantee the due care in the details and to maintain the property in perfect conditions of habitability. In the months with a lower flow of guests, we focus on carrying out all the maintenance work necessary so that the property is always in optimum condition to receive clients. Our cleaning department will deliver the property in a perfect state of cleanliness, hygiene and disinfection in accordance with the most rigorous protocols. You will also find all our properties equipped with bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels. One of the best places to enjoy a well-deserved holiday is, without a doubt, Mallorca. This island bathed by the Mediterranean Sea with its beaches and coves of crystalline waters, landscapes, vegetation and villages, ideal for disconnecting from the world and routine. One of them is the Port of Sóller. Have you ever dreamt of waking up in a holiday home on the seafront, taking a diving course in crystal clear waters or hiking in the famous Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range? Now you can live an unbeatable holiday in Sa Caleta. What makes this house the best option to enjoy the summer? Sa Caleta was built according to the canons of the sixties by a Mallorcan family who combined functionality and spaciousness. Nowadays, the different rooms have been refurbished, adapting them so that the person who chooses Sa Caleta enjoys a unique and attractive experience. The house has five bedrooms, two of them with private terraces from where you can enjoy privileged views: the particular Port of Sóller with its three lighthouses, its mountains and nature, the sailing boats moored in the bay, the swallows coming and going to Sa Calobra or Cala Tuent, the docks with its Yacht Club and its fishermen's market, where you can experience first hand how the boats arrive with their catch if you come here in the middle of the afternoon. Sa Caleta has comforts and details to make you feel at ease and at home: four renovated bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and a spacious, modern and functional kitchen, equipped with the necessary electrical appliances to allow you to cook whatever you want. It has a large area where you can wash, hang clothes and iron, if you wish. Sa Caleta offers the possibility, if you are a lover of grilled meat or vegetables, to cook outdoors with your family or friends on the barbecue.

Puerto de Sóller is located on the northwest coast of Mallorca, in the Sierra de Tramuntana, a mountain range declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The port itself is a beautiful natural bay with calm waters and a sandy beach. Along the harbour and surrounding streets, you will find shops, boutiques and art galleries. The area also hosts some cultural events and festivals throughout the year. The town of Sóller, which is connected to the port by an old tramway, is known for its modernist architecture and narrow cobbled streets. The tram is an attraction in itself and offers a picturesque journey from the town to the port.
