The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. In just a few meters you can reach all facilities, restaurants and leisure activities in this green and varied port city in the north-west of Tenerife. Great living room with working space on the side and independent fitted kitchen, equipped with, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven and extractor hood. Eternal spring in the green north of Tenerife at the foot of the Teide to see, discover and experience. Sandy beaches and cliffs alternate at the sea. Directly below the house you can reach the Martianez bathing area in a few minutes - or you can enjoy the private pool on site. Puerto de la Cruz invites you to a variety of activities. There are relaxing hiking trails on the slopes of Mount Teide. Whether hiking, Nordic walking, cycling, swimming, diving, tennis, paragliding and much more - there is something for every taste. The swimming pool and the terraces in combination with the ample space, make this home a totally pleasant and comfortable stay to disconnect and share with family or friends. The house is rented fully equipped with bedding, towels and items necessary for use and enjoyment during the holidays. We have extra beds or cots for babies.The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 8 persons including children. We have high-speed wi-fi connection with full coverage throughout the house and a workspace with a desk and chair.
