Please note double rooms come with 1 double bed or 2 single beds depending on availability at the moment of check-in.

When booking half-board and full board, please note that drinks are not included.

Access to the SPA of the Hotel Victoria will cost €9 (individual entry) and €15 (couple entry).

- The SPA hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. *Subject to change according to influx by time slot. *There will be restricted access for children from 0 to 16 years old from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (they must always be accompanied by an adult).

- Gym not suitable for children under 18 years of age, unless expressly authorized by the tutor. - Mandatory use of pool cap and flip-flops. You can buy it at the hotel. Cost €3 Hat and €3 Flip-flops.

- The SPA now has a 2-hour limit per entry. - Maximum capacity 10 people per hour.

- The SPA has: Water areas, Dry Sauna, Hammam, Scottish Shower, Gym and Massages and Aesthetic treatments, which require prior reservation, subject to availability and have an extra cost.

General regulations

The entry of dogs weighing up to 10kg that are not category 1 (attack) and 2 (defense) is allowed. The updated animal passport must be presented.

Only one dog per room is allowed. In the hotel room you will find a courtesy bowl for your dog.

Other pets are not allowed.

Access to the hall and hotel elevators for entering and leaving the hotel will be allowed as long as they are properly linked.

While the dog is in the room, no one from the hotel will access the room.

Dogs are not allowed in the hotel bar or restaurant.

Dog access is not allowed to the common areas of the hotels unless they go inside a carrier.

Admission rights

The hotels reserve the right of admission. In the event that the dog barks or does not behave appropriately and we receive complaints from other clients, you must leave the hotel with the full payment of the stay.

The hotel has a limited number of parking spaces. Parking is subject to availability as it cannot be reserved and spaces are not always available.
