This beautiful and bright penthouse is located in the center of Barcelona on the famous Rambla Catalunya, at only 50 meters from Plaza Catalunya and close to Paseo de Gracia with all the luxury shops. You will enjoy his terrace with amazing views! There are 2 quiet bedrooms, each one with a double bed, there is one complete bathroom, a spacious dinning and living room with direct access to the terrace where you can eat outside, and a big fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine and dryer. There is an extra bed at the entrance, in case you need it for 1 person. The flat is located in the 6th floor with lift. We keep trying to be as much as possible “eco friendly”, so please help us to take care of the environment, if you wish to have some extra towels, we will apply an extra fee.

Located in the real center of the city, close to several typical and cozy restaurants with terraces , cafes , cupcakes , brunch & lunch and cocktail bars. The apartment faces a typical " Eixample " facade very quiet and sunny with a big terrace the whole width.
