This top floor apartment has everything you need, like a fully equipped kitchen (incl. hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, coffeemaker, kettle, pots, cutlery), a private balcony AND roof terrace with comfortable furniture and two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), optical fiber (very fast Wi-Fi) in the apartment and throughout the complex and international television (United Kingdom, Scandinavia, Belgium, The Netherlands and Spain). The communal facilities include three swimming pools (one of which is heated), a gym and nice grass areas. Somewhere in 2019/2020 (timing is always a thing in Spain ;-)) a jacuzzi and a sauna will be realized. Please feel welcome in this paradise! Hi, I'm Ineke and I'm the owner of Orange Holiday Housing and this lovely apartment (and some other properties on the same complex). I'm from The Netherlands and I live partly in Spain, mostly to escape to the cold, dark and wet winters at home. We always welcome you personally. That's why we will ask you for your flight number and expected arrival time at the accommodation in order to provide a smooth check-in. During your stay we will be reachable by phone and email and we are happy to help you with everything you need. We offer airport transfers (based on availability). The apartment is 200 meters away from the sea, supermarkets and restaurants. The beach is on 700 meters. The climate in the southern Costa Blanca is absolutely brilliant with over 300 sunny days per year. The summers are not that hot and the winters are not that cold. Our apartments are situated close to the salt lakes, which provide very healthy air. These lakes have a beneficial effect for your skin and health. It is a free outdoor spa for people with (or without) skin conditions where you can relax and enjoy yourself. The apartment is on a 7 kilometers distance from La Zenia Boulevard, the popular shopping and entertainment centre. In the area are many golf courses.
