Set in the outskirts of Moraira, near the village of Benitatchell, in a quiet residential area, Nessa sits in a slightly elevated position affording it wonderful views across the Spanish countryside. It’s also within a short drive of a few local amenities and the area of El Portet, the very centre of the charming resort of Moraira, with its abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars and sandy beach. El Portet is around five kilometres away. Nessa is a detached villa and is set over two floors with both an internal and external staircase. There are four bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned and two of these have ensuite. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher whilst the lounge enjoys satellite TV and DVD Player. The covered balcony runs along the length of the first floor, can be accessed from the kitchen, lounge and one of the first floor bedrooms and offers a prime position to sit and enjoy the lovely countryside views. There is also a large covered terrace on ground level, a great place to retreat too after many hours of uninterrupted swimming and sunbathing.
