Beautiful semi-detached house located in Cala San Vicente, in Pollensa, Mallorca. It is part of a group of eight properties surrounded by a beautiful garden, which share a private pool, just a few meters from the sea. In this we find a beautiful living room with views of the sea, open to the graceful kitchen and a beautiful terrace with a dining area and wonderful views of the sea. It also has a toilet. Down stairs we find three beautiful bedrooms, all of them open to the private garden that surrounds the property. One of them has a double bed, another one with a single bed and the other one with two single beds. It also has a bathroom. It is not necessary to rent a car, as there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centers in the immediate vicinity. On the terrace there is a seating area, sun loungers and a barbecue. The beautiful beach with crystal clear waters of Cala Molins, is only 50 meters away. There is a large free car park very close by. It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed Internet to be able to telework (600 MB).
