Beautiful semi detached property set in Cala San Vicente, in Pollensa, Mallorca. It is part of a group of eight properties surrounded by a nice garden, that share a private pool, just a few metres away from the sea. This one features a lovely dining and living room with views to the sea, and is also open to the graceful kitchen and to a beautiful terrace with a dining area and wonderful views of the sea. There is also a toilet. Downstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms, all of them open to the private terrace that surrounds the property. One of them features a double bed, another one a single bed and the last one two single beds. There is also a bathroom. In the terrace there is an amazing living area with sun loungers and a barbeque. There is no need to rent a car as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centres are close by. The beautiful beach with crystal clear waters of Cala Molins, is only 50 metres away. There is a free parkingspace very close. It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed Internet to be able to telework (600 MB). Smoking is allowed outdoors
