The Mar del Plata apartment is an accommodation for 4 people with two bedrooms and 1 bathroom, located on the ground floor and with a terrace full of light in front of a bright garden. This apartment is located just 300 meters from Playa de Alcudia, the longest beach in Mallorca, with more than 12 km. Unbroken sand. It is also very central, close to supermarkets, restaurants and other tourist attractions. The Mar del Plata apartment is a very charming place, an apartment completely renovated in 2018 with great detail and exquisite taste. You can park for free next to the apartment. The first thing that is not surprising is the tranquility of the neighborhood and the brightness of its terrace. There is access from there to the dining room equipped with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. From a comfortable living room, to a TV with international channels, WIFI and air conditioning. All with great elegance and decoration. In the living room we have a dining table and nearby we find the fully equipped kitchen. Next to the living room are the two bedrooms. A room with a double bed and a second room with two single beds. The apartment has a family bathroom.

The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the manina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accesible from the beach path. You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba,...., restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies. The marina of Puerto Alcudia is a just 200 meters away. There you can have a nice walk watching small traditional fishermen boats and modern luxury yachts. There´s also a handcrafts market set up every night, and some very good restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby you´ll find the beach of Alcanada, one of the nicest beaches in Northern Mallorca.
