Villa Manresa is located close to the Alcudia suburb of Malpas and is within easy walking distance of two beautiful cove beaches - Cala Sant Joan and Cala Sant Pere. There is a mini market and a few restaurants and bars in Malpas itself whilst the nightlife and wide array of attractions of Alcudia are just a short drive away. The villa itself has a newly finished swimming pool to the side of the house for when even 500 metres is too far to walk to the beach, and a shaded terrace offers a cooler vantage point to the pool. Inside, the house is comfortable, light and spacious and offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, a lounge with access to the front terrace, and a fitted kitchen. The downstairs bedroom has a single bed with pull out bed and is more suitable for children or as a single room.
