Do not forget, the beach is not far at all from this apartment. A short 5 minute walk (200 m.) will have you on the Malvarrosa beach enjoying the sunshine and the Mediterranean Sea… It is distributed on the one floor with a modern and unique design. Equipped with all the comforts, it shows top quality details and offers its guests a truly cozy atmosphere. As soon as you enter, to your left you will find a fully equipped open plan kitchen to make all of your favourite dishes. Then, you have the spacious living room with a double sofa bed (for the third and fourth guests). Leading from the living room is the tastefully decorated master bedroom, equipped with a double bed.
