This wonderful modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and exterior balconies is perfect for families with children or couples. It is in an excellent location, quiet pedestrian area away from the hustle and bustle but in the historic center. You can do everything on foot, visiting the city on foot is the best option and from this apartment it will be very easy and comfortable. At Easter you can enjoy our famous thrones from 2 incredible balconies that face 2 main streets !!! The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, tv, internet and a wonderful balcony to the outside. master bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, and a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 and its own balcony, kitchen and bathroom. It is perfect for couples and families with children, it is on the first floor with an elevator. Our Covid 19 free apartments, we mark all necessary cleaning procedures as well as hygiene measures in the delivery of keys. We use electric sprays with to clean surfaces as well as equipping our staff with masks and gloves. We will also have hydroalcoholic gel in all our apartments.

The Atarazana market area is one of the best areas of the historic center since you are located in the center but being a pedestrian area you do not have noise problems, the shops that are in those streets are small shops of all life, the more commercial streets are just a few meters away but you have the tranquility of a small neighborhood, with squares, restaurants and all kinds of shops close at hand and just a few meters from the most important central market in the city with fruit, vegetables, fish and fresh meats. You also have private parking lots in the area. You can do everything on foot as it is located in the historic center, Marqués de Larios street is only 150 meters away .. you can explore the city on foot from your apartment. The closest beach is about a 20 minute walk. The bus stops located in the Alameda Principal are 5 minutes walking, from there you can move to any part of the city and even move to different towns in Malaga such as Frigiliana, Ronda, Marbella, among others. The Bus station and the María Zambrano train station are at a distance of 20 minutes walking.

-Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In case this happens, the cost of repairing the lock or copy of keys will be assumed by the guest.
