Beautiful, cosy apartment with a home away from home feeling! It is 4 minutes (300m) walk to the Les Bovetes beach. The apartment is on 4th floor (no lift) and has 2 big terraces with the sea as well as mountain views (terrace furniture is provided), 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and lounge/dining area. Free WIFI and free bed linen and towels are provided. Nearby: sandy beach, bars, restaurants, Masymas and Consum supermarkets. The apartment is in a peaceful location, just 4 km from the centre of Denia - 8 minute drive by car or 10 min on a bus. The bus stop is outside of the complex. We offer free private parking on site. The Montgó Nature Reserve is a short drive away as well. The complex is located between Valencia and Alicante, 1 hour's drive from both cities.

Hi there! I’m Olga and I work and live in Dublin. My husband and I spent 2 weeks in 2015 traveling all over Spain looking for a place where our family and friends would want to come back to over and over again and perhaps, somewhere we can live when we retire (when the time comes! : ) ). Absolutely by chance we came across Denia and fell in love with it! it had everything we were looking for: beautiful long sandy beaches to relax on, rocky beaches for snorkelling and diving, mountains for trekking, AMAZING food, great local people and fantastic ambiance. Denia is renowned for its culinary culture. There are a number of lovely bars and restaurants in walking distance from the appartment if you feel like eating out. Should you wish to prepare a meal at home you can get all you need at either Masymas or Consum supermarkets that are right at your doorsteps. The centre of Denia is 8 minute drive by car or 10 min on a bus. The bus stop is just at the bottom of the road. There are also 2 golf courses nearby. If you are a fan of snorkelling or diving there are amazing places to discover at Les Rotes beach. All other water sports are within half an hour from the apt. Shopping: Portal de la Marina shopping centre with a good variety of shops (Zara, Massimo Duty, Kiko, H&M, Levi, Pull & Bear, Bershka, lots of shoe shops and some great men's shops as well) is 10 mins drive and is well worth a visit.
