We are a family company working for over 19 years in holiday rentals at the Costa Blanca. It´s very important to us to offer our customers a personal and individual service. On the day of your arrival we will welcome you in our office which is located close to our villas. There, you will receive the coordinates as well as a short description of the villa you have rented, thus you are only a few minutes away to start your relaxing holidays.

Casa "Los Leones" – between Moraira and Calpe. Idyllic summer holiday home (partially renovated in 2010) with private pool area that can´t be overlooked, located in a wonderful, quiet urbanisation. The living area is aprox. 156 m². Through the main entrance you reach a hall leading to the living room, kitchen, bath and bedroom with an additional bath en suite and another bedroom. From the living and the kitchen you reach the dining room (with views to the pool). From the dining room you can go to the "romantic" tower spiral staircase which leads into the upper tower room; a lovely space to sit and relax, reading or enjoying the views. The door opens to a small idyllic roof patio with sea views. Small stairs (partially low ceiling) also lead from the dining room towards the lower area of the house where you will find a bedroom as well as the spacious utility room with washing machine, the villa offers free WIFI. On high season the use of the air condition is optional. If you want to use it, it must be paid on departure day upon consumption. During the coolest months, using the heating is also optional. If you want to use it, you must pay on departure day upon consumption.

The closest rock beach is the Cala La Llobella at only 1.7 km from the villa (walking distance). A little charming sand beach "La Fustera" can be reached in 5 minutes by car (3.4 km away) The closest big sand beach is the Platja L'Ampolla (Moraira) at 6.4 km away (driving 8-10 minutes). There are several rock and sand beaches to visit in this lovely area, specially on the road between Moraira & Calpe. Moraira is the closest town, where you can visit the castle, the port, walk along the promenade and enjoy visiting the old town or eating in the nice restaurants. Calpe is the second nearest town. There you can visit the 'Ifach Rock' (nice walk and beautiful views) and enjoy the long beautiful sand beaches. The port area is well known for its restaurants (specialized in rices & seafood).
