We are a small family run agency that look after this and some other luxury properties for their owners in this area. We have been living in Begur for many years having made the move here from Ireland after years of renting holiday villas in the area. Having fallen in love with the area we are more than happy to share our 'insider knowledge' with the guests who stay. We meet and greet each group of guests. There is a guide book in the house with suggested restaurants, places to see and things to do. Some people love this villa so much all they want to do is stay and do nothing. Should something go wrong we are available to help you out. If you have any special requirements before you come let us know and we will see what we can do. We are happy to pick up or drop off members of the party at the airport if needed.

The view from the house is what makes it really special.Sparkling sea down to a turquoise bay (Aiguablava), you can see forever for 180 degrees. The house faces due south. It is on 3 floors with a self contained flat at garden level. You enter from the street level down steps to the front door ( or via the garage where there is a lift to the two lower floor). Main kitchen, sitting and dining rooms are on this level plus one bedroom and bathroom with its own shower room and terrace. From this room is a spiral to a sitting room and kitchenette, The main kitchen is well equipped with 2 ovens and 2 fridges. The dining room opens onto an open terrace with a barbeque, On the bedroom level are 4 further bedrooms, two are ensuite and two share a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a dressing area and its own balcony. Down some external steps to the garden and there is a flat with 2 single beds and kitchenette. The pool is down steps and away from the house, so noise from that area does not affect the house. There is a pool kitchen, barbeque, eating area and shower room with WC. Ample sunbathing chairs around the pool.

Wonderful beaches eg Llafranc; Aguablava, Tamariu, Pals to name the local ones. Palafrugell, our local working Spanish town is just 10 minutes by car and has a daily market, (not Monday) and fish market plus supermarkets. Begur which is just 5 minutes by car has many restaurants to suit all budgets. The Catalans love their food and the standard is very high. You can get local menus of the day (3 courses with wine) for anything upwards of 12 euros a head. You need a car to get to the beach, restaurants, shopping and eating. The local supermarket is 5 minutes away and has everything from a fresh meat counter, bakery and fish monger and superb freshly baked bread. Local medieval villages include Begur, Pals, Peratellada with many trecking routes and a great cycle path from Palafrugell to Palamos. Bikes can be hired locally and diving can be arranged in Llafranc. Boat hire in Llafranc and Tamariu (licences required). Golf courses include Golf de Pals (4.6km from Begur); Emporda Golf 9.2km from Begur plus a 9 hole course at Toroella. The house is up a steep road, with no commercial development and little passing traffic as it ends beyond us,
