We were a few hours late checking in but the hoist was very accommodating. Place is very central for the golf courses we had booked and a stone throw away from the bars and restaurants etc in La Fuente.

Sun Estates Spain have been renting out properties here in Villamartin, Costa Blanca for quite a few years now. Not only do we rent them we also specialist in gathering up the perfect properties around the Villamartin areas for our clients to buy and then offer them our services to rent them out as holiday lets, (just like this one) it can be a great way to invest. If you require any more information whilst you are in one of our properties pop in and see us, we are based just a short distance from this property on the outside of Villamartin Plaza. We are a small family run business that manage a dozen or so properties in the local area, we are always on hand if you get stuck with anything and can recommend the best places to dine and shop, what ever you need we are here to help and make sure you have the best time possible

This property is a ground floor two bedroom/2 bathroom spacious apartment set on a gated community with a lovely communal pool and gardens, the property has just gone through a bit of a refurbishment with all new furniture, beds, TVs to lounge and master bedroom, its a lovely bright large apartment that makes a fantastic holiday or weekend break for the bars, golf courses, shopping etc etc

What can I say about the neighborhood, well this is probably one of the best places to come to during the winter and the summer months, there are 3 x 18 hole golf courses all within a 2 kilometer radius, there are to many restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets and bars to mention in the area, you will always have somewhere different to go, the beaches are all white sand and only a 5min drive down the road, there is also a bus stop a minute away from the apartment to take you there and to the La Zenia shopping mal where you have all the top shops, same as in the UK
