To design Monte Alto townhouse in a contemporary way - yet suitable to the La Cala Golf Resort environment - where the property is located in - was a challenging and very fulfilling process. The aim was to create comfortable yet fashionable and charming holiday place for you.

La Cala de Mijas is only 10 minutes away from the property and is centrally located on the Costa del Sol coastline. It is a small jewel of a town situated between Marbella to the west and Fuengirola to the east. La Cala is a historic town with a wonderful village atmosphere and attitude. The central high street has small, narrow roads branching off it, taking you to the many boutiques, shops, bars and restaurants until you reached the main square and the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. The coastline of La Cala offers both long stretches of clean, sandy beaches, where you can take a leisurely stroll west on the boardwalk all the way to Riviera del Sol. Inland La Cala is for the golfer and outdoors lovers. Here you can find a host of high-quality golf courses, natural countryside, and mountains. Within a leisurely drive, one will find the prehistoric town of Mijas - set 430 meters up on the hills. Its history will take you back to Phoenicians and Romans.
