Therfore, a team member will wait in the apartment when the guest arrives to deliver the keys, give all of the explanations about the accommodation, and give recommendations and advice about the city. Furthermore, we know that, many times, when you travel to another city, country, continent, you may feel at some point lost and in need of relying on someone "known" to guide you. We are always available to help our guests with anything they may need throughout the stay as well as to resolve any unforeseen event that may occur. For us, professionalism, hard work and the satisfaction of those who trust us is vital.

It has a spacious living / dining room, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, as well as 2 bedrooms. It also has a covered patio, ideal to be used as a relaxation area. The surroundings have numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

In it you will find the pleasure of feeling surrounded by a genuinely local atmosphere, but with the comfort of being just a few minutes of pleasant walk from the historic center of Seville with its impressive Cathedral, Alcazar and Barrio Santa Cruz. The Guadalquivir River is a few meters away, ideal for taking a relaxing walk, enjoying its wonderful views or simply tasting the excellent Sevillian cuisine in the sun on one of the terraces next to the river. Likewise, the popular Triana neighborhood is less than 3 minutes away on foot. The neighborhood has all the services and amenities to meet the needs of the visitor: Supermarkets, cafes, shops, restaurants, bars, banks ...
