Located just a 10-minute walk from the peaceful La Mora Beach and a 20-minute drive from Port Aventura. Our community takes pride in maintaining the garden, pool, basketball/football court, and playground in excellent condition. The house stands out in the neighborhood with its architecturally-designed layout that follows the natural contours of the land. The bedrooms are on the upper floors, and four of them have access to terraces or balconies. There are two full bathrooms conveniently located near the bedrooms. You'll also have direct access to a garage from the street. Your comfort is our priority, whether you choose to park inside the house or on the street.
