It's indirect lights, warm colours, wooden beams, etc, will make you feel comfortable just on arrival and, of course, after a long day discovering Valencia by foot! We will only ask you to take care of the loft as much as we've done for you and other guests before, and to be respectful with your neighbours. We have obtained the recentley created "We Respect" certificate, after installing a noise control device, which makes us be sure our apartment is always respectful with our neighbourhood. It's a really nice place to live (it has been for almost 100 years) and we wish it lasts for long.

Hello, friends! My name is Vicente and I was born in Valencia in 1966. I married Gemma and I have two children. I am very fond of classical music and - especially of the Spanish and Flamenco guitar-, of classic cinema and photography, and I manage a family business in Valencia downtown. I am delighted with my new activity renting this apartment. It allows me to know people from many parts of the world and it is a very enriching experience. Right next to the studio you will find the IVAM, Valencian Institute of Modern Art, contemporary art international benchmark. At Plaza del Ayuntamiento (CITY HALL Sq.)and Calle de la Paz, you'll find both Tourist Offices. Do not miss the Barrio del Carmen (where you will be staying) at dusk and night, lively token of the city life, neither the magnificent Jardin del Turia, 3 minutes from home, where you will stroll away from the city bustle. In the Historical Centre don't miss the Basilica of the Virgin and the Cathedral, with its famous tower "El Miguelete" on top of which you will get astonishing views of the ancient and modern city. Nearby, the Palace of the Marques de Dos Aguas, with unique examples of Valencian ceramics. And on the way to the port, the unavoidable visit is that of the City of Arts and Sciences and Prince Felipe Museum, with the magnificent Palau de les Arts (Opera). A little further there are the city beaches, Malvarrosa and Patacona, recently renovated, as well as the Marina Rey Juan Carlos.
