Great central location with a lot of bars and shops close by. Also not very far to main train station 25min walk. Appartement was clean and has basics needed. Managed by an agency which responded quickly to questions.

That is why we are going to ask you for two favors. 1.- If you have any problem with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or in the building, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation. 2.- If you have a problem in the city, any questions about how to get something, you need some advice about Seville, etc, we ask you to let us know, we will be happy to help you. Our Check in team will be reachable throughout your stay on the telephone number that we will provide you. Our guest reception team will receive you at the apartment to explain how it works, indicate the parking place and give you some advice on monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows ... They will try to answer all the questions from our guests. In any case, we have prepared for you extensive documentation where you can find recommendations and information of all kinds about means of transport, places to eat, have a few beers, some delicious sweets and / or enjoy a flamenco show.

We have prepared a bright, spacious and comfortable apartment in the center of Seville, equipped with everything you need to make your experience in Seville unsurpassed. Large and comfortable bed, pillows of different hardness for each bed, a complete bathroom and a kitchen equipped with everything you need, including extensive dishes. A 10 minute walk from the monumental area. We would like to welcome you to our house, which we have completely renovated and lovingly prepared so that you feel like yours and enjoy a pleasant stay, thanking you for taking care of it as if it were your own. For this we have equipped it with everything we think you may need, including centralized air conditioning, partitions in the bathroom, fixed dispensers with soap, fully clothed fitted wardrobes, Wi-Fi and a la carte television with international channels, being open to as many suggestions as you could estimate that help us improve. You will also find some details in the kitchen.

Our apartment is very close to the Guadalquivir river, in the Historic Center of Seville and within the Triana neighborhood, one of the most famous in the world, the birthplace of great flamingos, bullfighters and potters. It is very well located to enjoy the Holy Week processions, the famous April Fair and a bullfight. It is a quiet street but at the same time very close to all the places of interest and surrounded by all the services you may need, without having to resort to a means of transport other than your own legs, if you wish. In any case, you are close to bus, taxi and metro stops.
