The communal areas of the development include a playground, a soccer field and a basketball court. The lovingly furnished house has an inviting living and dining area with a fireplace. In one of the two bedrooms there are two single beds, which can be converted into two bunk beds if needed. On the private terrace in front of the house you can have breakfast and overlook your own small garden with the large palm tree. The barbecue area behind the house offers you the possibility to spend nice hours together outside in the evening. The residential area is well connected; on foot you can reach restaurants and a supermarket in about 10 min. Between the settlement and the beach run a national road and railroad tracks. By means of various tunnels the latter can be passed without any problems.
