Great location, close to the centre. Free parking place in the underground garage is definitely a big plus. Smooth communication with the owner. Good restaurants just round the corner. Super comfy bed and bedding. A startpack of tea and coffee would be a nice treat. Would definetely come again.

Our main goal is that the people who stay in our apartments enjoy every minute that they spend in our city. To achieve this, we take care of even the smallest details, starting with cleaning and the check in process at the apartment, which we always do personally in order to warmly welcome the traveler. Therfore, a team member will wait in the apartment when the guest arrives to deliver the keys, give all of the explanations about the accommodation, and give recommendations and advice about the city. Furthermore, we know that, many times, when you travel to another city, country, continent, you may feel at some point lost and in need of relying on someone "known" to guide you. We are always available to help our guests with anything they may need throughout the stay as well as to resolve any unforeseen event that may occur. For us, professionalism, hard work and the satisfaction of those who trust us is vital.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, recently renovated, in the historic center of Seville. It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom. Located next to the river and the Triana bridge and a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of Seville, Alcázar and Barrio Santa Cruz. Likewise, it has a spacious and comfortable private underground parking space. Ideal for your stay in Seville.

The historic center of Seville is one of the most impressive in the world, full of charming streets, beautiful squares and unexpected corners. Its impressive Jewish quarter, with narrow and labyrinthine streets, is just 15 minutes from the apartment. The Cathedral, Archivo de Indias and Alcázar, a World Heritage Site, are also 10 minutes away on foot. The area has numerous bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the excellent Sevillian cuisine and its famous tapas. The commercial area is also a few minutes away, where you will find multiple stores, shops and supermarkets. In addition, the vibrant and charming neighborhood of Triana is just a 10-minute walk away, which you will reach after crossing the beautiful bridge over the Guadalquivir River and from where you will enjoy the best views of the city. Finally, the Alameda de Hércules, an imposing square, has numerous bars and pubs, it is less than 7 minutes from the apartment.
