The superb Gade apartment is on the fifth floor of a building with a lift and has two double outward-facing bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower. The first space as you enter the apartment is the living room/dining room/kitchen decorated in modern style with retro touches, as you can see in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook delicious meals and there are wooden floors throughout the apartment, radiators for the winter, an air-conditioning machine in the living room and a fan on the ceiling of the bedroom for the summer. The apartment has partial A/C with the split in the living area. There are two double, outward-facing bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. They both have stunning views over the Palau de la Generalitat. The spacious bathroom has a large shower and towels. The Gade apartment is located at the heart of Del Carmen district. From the bedrooms you can see the Palace of the Generalitat, located at less than a minute time from Plaza de la Virgen. If you want to live really close to the experience in the most traditional and historic area of the city, this neighbourhood is very advisable. All the most important and principal architectural building works of the city are located in this area, the biggest modernist market of Europe, the Cathedral, Del Carmen museum, the botanical garden, IVAM, MUVIM and a lot more, can be reached in a couple of minutes just while walking around. There exist several places where to get to the Beach, the new port of Valencia and the futuristic city of arts and sciences, using public transport if you wish so.
