The apartment is entirely outward facing, and the living room has a lovely viewpoint from where you can gaze out over the city streets. The living-room has an adjoining integrated open-plan kitchen completely equipped with washing-machine, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils such as a blender, toaster, juicer, etc. perfect and impeccable. The living room is dainty and has a nice rectangular shape, complete with a sofa, and a dining table, creating a beautiful room where you can have an unforgettable time in our wonderful city. The whole apartment has light hardwood floors except kitchen and bathroom. The two bedrooms are outward facing, with a balcony each, The main bedroom comes with a double bed 150cm wide and the other with two beds 90cm wide (one stored under the other when not in use). Both have impeccable built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is truly inviting and very comfortable with a spacious shower to relax in. The apartment's ambiance is extremely welcoming, modern and simply flawless, whilst at the same time, comfortable with all the luxuries you could possibly expect. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 100 m.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian. Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas. The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments. The modern talasotherapy center “La Perla del Oceano” which was one of the most important resorts in the world, nowadays completely reformed and extended in October 2008 is in the beach of “La Concha”. This area unites all the services you may need during your stay in town such as bus lines, train station, restaurants…
