The Warm Sands designer apartment is located on the third floor of a modern building with elevator. The apartment is equipped with Fiber-Optic Internet connection and has A/C in the living room and both bedrooms . The bedrooms also have a ceiling fan. Entering the apartment, the guest will find a large living-dining room with wooden floors and modern furniture’s. From the living room’s balcony, the guest will enjoy views onto a small plaza. The modern American kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, including a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a small utility room with washing machine. The Warm Sands apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped each with two single beds and closets. A modern designer bathroom separates the two bedrooms. It is fully equipped with shower, WC, bidet and sink. The guest staying at the Warm Sands apartment will be able to relax on the beach, do all kinds of active sports or go for a sightseeing tour to the city of Barcelona. It’s a 5-minute walk to the railway station for Barcelona. Beside that the guest will find one of the best and most exclusive restaurants in Sitges next to the building.

The centre of Sitges stretches out from the major plaza in Sitges, the “Cap de la Vila” towards the beach. The northern part around “Cap de la Vila” is the old part of Sitges and called “Casco Antiguo”. This part of Sitges consists of tiny, little picturesque streets with antique, but remodelled houses, painted in white and blue colours. The guest will find all places of interest as for example the museums (Cau Ferat), but also the famous charismatic church, the most important landmark of Sitges. The southern part around the “Cap de la Vila”is the newer part of Sitges. All commercial facilities as shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms and the nightlife can be found here. The train station (RENFE), bus stops and Taxi stops are located in this area. Taking the train from here to Barcelona City takes about 30 minutes.
