Frajapie is a well-furnished villa located in the outskirts of Moraira, its elevated position allows us to have beautiful views towards the sea as of the hills. Less than 10 Min. drive separate us from the center of Moraira, a coast town with some of the most refined beaches of the area where a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be explored. The exterior of the house is equipped with its own garage and we find parking for a total of 3 cars, from the parking area, we flow towards a spacious sun-filled terrace surrounding the private swimming pool, sun beds, a charming exterior dining area with a BBQ next to it, all encompassed by a garden shouting Mediterranean in every corner. Frajapie is a two-storey holiday home, all the accommodation is on the top level. From the parking place, external steps lead up from the parking place to the upper level, we enter through a covered balcony with sitting area, perfect to enjoy the sunrise while enjoying the sea views. The covered balcony flows to a living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD and a fire place. We continue to find a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom and an additional shower room. A/C in the double bedroom and in 1 twin bedroom.
