Cubo's Finca La Guillena is a cosy and private rural finca in Alhaurín el Grande, located just five minutes from the town centre. The plot is fenced all around, providing privacy and intimacy. The entrance to the plot has space for three vehicles. The orientation of the house allows you to enjoy the sun all day long, as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and the tranquillity of the countryside. The swimming pool, with chlorination system, is equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy a refreshing swim or sunbathing. From the large terrace you can keep an eye on the children or enjoy outdoor meals and dinners. The barbecue area also offers views of the pool, allowing for carefree cooking. The accommodation provides a paella pan for 8 people and grills for preparing grilled fish. The house has a modern open plan kitchen and lounge/dining room with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals in comfort. The bedrooms include two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. The master bedroom is air-conditioned. All rooms are bright and have exterior windows. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The accommodation offers air conditioning with heat pump in the main bedroom and in the living room. Travellers also have free wifi access. Golf packages are available. Please note that to stay at this property a deposit is required to be held or paid before keys are handed over. The deposit will be released or refunded after your stay.
