Small and cosy apartment located in the basement of the building. Fully furnished, the studio apartment is for two people sleeping on a double sofa bed, and two single extra fold out beds can be added so that four people can stay in the apartment. A cot is also available. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need for your stay. It also has a private entrance to the large communal garden and there is 24hr security patrol. The communal swimming pool is usually open from June 15th until September 15th, but is subject to the decision of the homeowners association.
