Not only about the house, but also about places of cultural interest, restaurants, tradition, popular festivals, culture, etc. We personally meet the guests on arrival.

The house is in a private residential area with easy and fast access to the motorway. The beaches are 5-15 minutes walking from the building. Very close there are all the necessary services for the daily life like supermarket, chemist's, restaurants, petrol station, snack bar, bars, even a Mac Donald's. Approximately 10 minutes walking is the sea promenade and the commercial area where you can find many shops, restaurants, etc Candelaria is an ancient lovely fisher town. Nowadays also place of residence and summer holiday for the local people, therefore you will be able to live through the experience of the real life of the canarian people. There is only one hotel. Candelaria is isolated from the crowded touristic areas, but strategically placed close to the capital and to the motorway links with the North and the South of the Island, to visit the different points of interest of Tenerife. The area is well communicated by public transport. Opposite to the building there is a bus stop. In the village you can go walking everywhere. To discover better the island, I recommend you to rent a car although also it is possible to reach to most of sights by bus.
