Our apartment is a spacious , bright, comfortable and quiet apartment (60 m2) with double glazing in living room and bedroom. Located in the heart of Torremolinos , right next to the Plaza Costa del Sol, in a safe and quiet pedestrian area. It has a bedroom of 13 m2 with a 135 cm bed, a large living room , both overlooking the street. In the living room there is a sofa that turns into a comfortable bed of 135 cm. There is also an independent kitchen with vitroceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle etc. To enjoy the summer and winter, we have air conditioning (hot and cold) in both the living room and in the bedroom and a pleasant terrace of 10 m2 where you can have tea , breakfast and enjoy the atmosphere outdoors. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, with elevator, appropiate for ederly people.

Our names are Paco and Ana. We are a couple who love travelling, we like to deal with different people and we know from our own experience how imporant it is accommodation when you are on holiday. We are respectful, pleasant and will try to do our best to make you feel comfortable, so that you can enjoy and take home a good memory of your stay in our country.

The apartment is well located, next to Mercadona (a large supermarket), pharmacies and all kinds of shops, Located 3 minutes from the main street San Miguel, 120 m from the train station and 50 m from the bus station. It takes you about 10 minutes to get to the beach on foot. A faster option: at 80 m there is a public elevator that takes you down to the beach. There are also private parkings next to the apartment; the nearest one in Plaza de Andalucía.
