The space The apartment is in a building with elevator on the second floor. As you can see in the photos, our basic apartment consists of the following rooms: - A living room with sofa bed, television,diningtable and low table. - An equipped kitchen. - Bedroom one with a double bed and bedside table. - Master bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The apartment measures 25m2 with one bedroom, is extremely comfortable and will allow you to rest after long days walking through the fascinating city of Madrid. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Services and communal areas Towels, bedding, gel, shampoo, and hand soap are provided for a first use. The house has air conditioning and heating. Other highlights If you are arriving after 20h00, please read carefully the rules of the house so that we can organize. We don't have a place to store luggage after check-out. Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975, and Royal Decree 933/2021.
