Nice and modern apartment in a very centric place of Playa de Las Americas, near the beach of El Bobo and just 200 metre form the Casino. The apartment was totaly renovatad . There is one large bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a large and confortable living room with a sofa and tv, a very equiped kitchen with all the necesary appliances. From the living room there is a acces to a nice an sunny terrace. The apartment is on the ground floor and from the terrace there is direct access to the large swimming pool. The complex has parking and it is situated 200 m from the beach, surrounded by supermarkets, shops, restaurants, one step away from bus and taxi stops. Ideal for those who want to enjoy a vacation without needing a car. Please note that a damage deposit of 200 euros must be paid, ideally by PayPal (especially if you come from a non EU country), within 5 days before the arrival date. In case you don't have PayPal, there are also other options: by bank transfer within the 5 days prior arrival or by credit card on arrival day. It will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, always if there isn't any damage to the property. The check-in could be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and the check-out from 9 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., unless there is no other guest leaving / arriving on the same day. For a Check-in after 8 p.m. an extra charge of 50 euros must be paid.
