Corito is a delightful and spacious three bedroom villa in the sought-after area of Faro Park, Playa Blanca. There is a small selection of shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk and a much larger choice only 10 minutes away by car at Rubicon Marina or Playa Blanca promenade and a fantastic sandy beach only 2km away. The villa benefits from many facilities including air conditioning, WI-FI and electric pool heating during the winter months. Furnished to a modern standard, this villa comes complete with a private pool and built-in barbecue, perfect for evenings dining al fresco. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. Bath towels are also provided. This property comes with Free Wi-Fi, Free Air Conditioning, Free Cots, Free Highchairs, FREE electrically heated pool during winter months.
