You will be amazed of the views. Both apartments ar totaly renovated and with a 5 minutes acces to the beach. A big pool, free parking and tenis court will also complete your needs for a great holidays. The best thing about the 2 apartments are their views. Very sunny and with lots of light. There are views from any bedroom, bathroom or living room. Both are completely renovated with a warm and modern decoration. On the 13th it was our home until it became too small with the arrival of the children. There is almost no difference between the views of apt. 6th and ap13th floor as they have the same location in the building and the views hardly vary due to the height since the building is located on a mound. The distribution is the same. The only difference to note is that the bathroom in the 13th has a bathtub and bidet and the bathroom in the 6th has a shower tray and does not have a bidet. If you decide to book in one of our apartments we ask you to take care of them as if it were your home. Not suitable for groups of people whose intention is bachelor parties, parties, etc. We do not want to disturb the tranquility of the neighbors. It is located in a private apartment building.

The area is full of all services like restaurants, supermarkets, the beach in front of the apartment and good public transport to access the downtown and other villages around.
