Bright luxury apartment in the center of Sitges, with capacity for two people, beautiful views and community swimming pool. This recently renovated apartment is located on an eighth floor from where you can see the sea and practically the entire city. With an open kitchen with a bar and fully equipped (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kitchenware, washing machine, fridge ...), from the comfortable sofa in the living room you can see the sea. The bedroom is very spacious and bright with an extra-large double bed, in addition to the entrance we find a dressing room. The bathroom, with a shower tray, is completely renovated. It has air conditioning and internet connection. Very close to the center, the shopping area and restaurants, and 10 minutes from the beach on foot.

El Cortijo is a residential complex comprising of three look-alike 14th-floor high-rise buildings and a smaller 4th-storey high-rise building, in the center of Sitges. Exactly, in Passeig Vilanova (the main road crossing Sitges) and near the Avinguda Sofia which divides el Vinyet/Terramar from the center. The complex offers some ravishing advantages hardly to be found elsewhere in a central apartment: an extra large swimming pool with a smaller one for toddlers, manicured gardens where to sunbathe and a free parking area. All buildings have an elevator and those in the higher floors have seaviews. The nearest beach is Bassa Rodona, only 500m away walking down to the sea promenade. In the opposite way and within the same distance there is a Calisthenia Park with street work out equipment, right at the end of Park Can Robert at the entrance of Sitges. For dining out we recommend La Zorra restaurant, specialists in all sort of rice dishes, not only paella. Another fabulous option not far away is PIC NIC restaurant right next to the beach. There is a large supermarket 5min away on foot, just as a large organic food store called Veritas and the central bus & train station.
