Fully refurbished and renovated with the highest standards. Smart TV, Air conditioning and heating. Kitchen fully equipped, 15 min walk from famous Gran Via, 10 min walk from puerta Del sol y Plaza Mayor, Everything considered important is just a walking distance from the apartment. During the stay, guests have access to the entire house. The house includes, among others: - Heating - Air conditioner - Wifi - Kitchen fully equiped - Washing machine - Natural light - Intercom - Hangers in closets - Bed linen and 2 towels per guest - Check-in at any time - My attention during the stay in case of any incident.
