Attention: There is a construction project going on on the street that may create some daytime noise. This spacious apartment is located just a few minutes on foot from the city center. It is perfect for families or groups of friends and it has everything you need for an amazing stay: a common rooftop swimming pool, parking, and a private patio! You will also have a wide range of shops, bars, and restaurants at your fingertips. The entrance leads to the hall, where the kitchen, the toilet, and the living room are located. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, pots, crockery and pans. It has a glass door leading to the private patio. In the living room, there is a large sofa, a TV, several side tables and a window facing the street. The dining table is also located here. The living room connects to the corridor, which leads to the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, a built-in closet, and a window overlooking the street. The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, a built-in closet and a glass door to access the inner courtyard. The third bedroom has two single beds (one under the other), a small open closet and a window facing the street. The patio has a small dining table. We also have AC and fast WiFi. Note: We have multiple apartments available in this building!
