This big finca of aprox. 22.500 m2 with an avocado plantation and some bananas on it has a spectacular all-round view to the mountains and the Teide as well as to the sea. The habitable part of the finca is aprox. 1.000 square meters. There are two spacious country houses built in tipical canarian style on it. These country houses are made with top quality materials, rustic furnishings and very comfortable. All the ceilings of all rooms are made out of wood.Both houses with full equipped kitchens, satellite TV, wireless internet and actually everything, or even more, what you need on holiday. All rooms have natural daylight, even the bathrooms. Outside there is a large garden of about 600 m2. The 32 m2 shared pool is heated all year round. Sunbeds are available. Apart from their private terraces of the houses, there is a covered barbecue area with barbecue and two large dining tables. Only this area has almost 40 m2 and is shared, like the pool, with the other house. A perfect place for a holiday. From here you can go by foot to La Paz and Puerto de la Cruz. By car, it is only a few minutes. By foot you can also reach in just 10 minutes the 9-hole golf course La Rosaleda.

You may show a digital or hard copy of it and it must contain the date and time the test was taken, the identity of the individual taking it, the laboratory responsible for verification and the nature of the laboratory, and the negative result. This certificate will not be required for non-residents who show proof (in the form of a travel document) that they have been in Canary Islands territory for the 15 days prior to the date they are checking into this tourist accommodation and that they have not had any symptoms of COVID during that time.
