Superb detached villa with tasteful interior, situated in a quiet dead end street in a pleasant residential area. You have a lot of privacy here and it is an excellent choice for unforgettable holidays with family or friends. Moraira used to be a small fishing port. Now it is a cosy town with many squares, terraces, bars and delicious fish restaurants (1,5 km, in the centre). The nearest restaurant and supermarket are only 300 m away. Discover the Spanish culture on the Costa Blanca during a visit to the old castle and the watchtower of Moraira. Guadalest, 50 km away, also has an impressive castle with a view of the reservoir. A day trip to the picturesque Villajoyosa (45 km), the amusement park Terra Mitica (40 km) or the water park Aqualandia (40 km) is also worthwhile. The view from the terrace is both during the day as in the evening magnificent and gives you an unequalled holiday feeling. The furnishing is modern and comfortable. Also the 3 bathrooms and the kitchen are luxurious. The lovely swimming pool is the icing on the cake!
