Beautiful and cosy chalet only 100 meters away from the beach of Sa Marina, in Alcudia, welcomes 5 guests. Outside you will enjoy a dip in the above ground chlorine pool sizing 3 x 2 meters and with a depth of 0.9 meters. It is located in a patio very well used where you can sunbathe on one of the 4 sunbeds, have lunch at the available dining table or have a snack at the seating area by the barbecue, where you can prepare delicious meats and vegetables. From the patio we go to the upstairs terrace which is also counts with sunbeds for sunbathing and a table are with stools where you can contemplate the bay of Pollensa. There are direct neighbors. Inside you will find a simple and traditional style with spacious and luminous rooms which will make you feel at home. At the living room there is a comfortable sofa and two armchairs to watch TV Sat while cooling down with the air conditioning or warming up by the wood stove on the coldest days. By them, there is the dining table for 6 people. The ample independent kitchen has a gas stove, it is fully equipped and it counts with a table with chairs for the morning breakfasts. The house counts with three bedrooms. One has a double bed, another has two single beds, and the lasta one counts with a bunk. The three of the have an armchair and are air-conditioned. there is a shower bathroom for the whole house and another exterior shower bathroom. The house counts with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Finally, there are a cot and a high chair available in case you are travelling with a baby.

The house is located close to the village of Alcudia and in the second sea line. This area is ideal for water sports like kite surf, paddle surf, wind surf,...and the beach of Sa Marina is ideal por families and children. In Alcuida you will find all services for an independent stay, as well as restaurants and shops. You can visit the Wall surrounding the village and the street market on Tuesdays and Sundays. You can also pay a visit to the Victoria chapel to contemplate some spectacular views or go to Puerto de Pollensa to have a walk along its promenade or have cocktail at the evening in one of its terraces.
