Our house is your house. A nice and modern space for you to enjoy. Views to the forest, a lot of calm and a strategic location to visit Bizkaia. Ongi etorri. SPACE: The house is composed of 4 bedrooms, living and dining room in a large space, semi-open kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet, an open office, laundry room and a large area that can be adapted for extra beds. All distributed in 3 floors as follows: *LOW LEVEL. It is at street level as you enter and is the main floor, which are the kitchen with its porch, the living room, a bedroom with bathroom and dressing room and a toilet. The garage is also on this level. * FLOOR 1. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, open office with access to the terrace and a reading corner. * PLANT -1. A room, a large versatile area, a bathroom that can be given an exclusive for the room or the common area, a laundry room and a large glassed-in porch with a dining area and a sofa. From this floor you can access the lawn area and the pool. The garden can be accessed both inside the house and outside.
The accommodation is in Mungia, Basque Country, Spain. The neighborhood where the house is located is residential and very quiet. An urbanization with very good location but surrounded by nature. It is great to walk or go for a run. Quiet and family, a very pleasant environment just minutes from Bilbao or the coast. The best way to get around to visit the province is by car. The house has space to park several cars and, although it is in a natural environment, is just 2 minutes from the highway. Finding the urbanization is very simple and there are many places of interest to visit at small and medium distance. -Mungia 2 minutes. It has supermarkets (a very large one just entering from the urbanization), bars, restaurants and all kinds of services. Nice atmosphere to spend a morning. Do not forget to try the famous butter rolls from the Leku-Ona pastry shop. -Bilbao 15 minutes. Visit the Guggenheim, get to know Casco Viejo, stroll along the estuary, go up to Artxanda by funicular to see the sights of the city, and have fun in our little big city. -Costa: 10 minutes. Visit Bakio, San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, Bermeo, Urdaibai, Sopela ...
