A master bedroom with a bed 160x200 and the other with a bed 135x190, in the bedrooms there are fitted wardrobes. In the living room there is a 120x200 sofa bed. Smart TV, free wifi, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen, towels. Welcome kit formed by: soap, shampoo, shower gel. It's a third floor without lift. Arrival time after 23.00 is possible paying extra at the arrive. The LOSS of the keys obliges you to pay all the bill of the locksmith. It’s not allowed the ENTRANCE to people differents from the reserved. Inside the house there is ALARM with cameras and smoke detectors for the security of the guests.

At 400 meters there is the port of Los Cristianos where boats leave for the islands of La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma. At 300 meters begins Playa de Las Americas. Taxi stop is under the building. The bus station is 1 km away. Tenerife South Reina Sofia Airport is 15 km away, Tenerife North El Rodeo Airport is 80 km away. The port is 400 meters away. On the street where the apartment is located there is free parking.
