The villa and its direct surroundings offer stunning views on Lake Vinuela and Mount Maroma, in the beautiful surroundings of the Axarquia region, at only a 50 minutes drive from Malaga airport. The quiet property is easily accessible from the main road. It is set in a small group with six other villas, each offering secure privacy. Some small shops nearby in Los Romanes. Velez Malaga, a 20 minute drive towards the coast, has a number of large supermarkets. Just next is Torre del Mar, with a nice promenade and cycle path along its lovely wide beaches. Within easy reach of many beautiful beaches, traditional Spanish villages, authentic restaurants and shopping centres. Malaga, Antequera, Nerja, Granada, Sevilla, Ronda, and the many small, white Andalusian villages make a great day trip. The area is particularly good for hiking and mountain bikers, as the lake and the National Park – one of the best walking areas in Spain- are nearby. The property is suitable for all year round rentals. There is a wood burning fire for use in the winter months.
