Please use our home as a place to sleep, shower and eat or relax in between your daytime and evening events. With so many parties, restaurants, beaches and events 24 hour a day in ibiza, we don't expect that you will be needing entertainment in our home. No parties or extra guests are allowed in the house and while you are here please respect our neighbors by keeping music to a minimal level. It is situated very close to Ibiza castle, the center 10 min walk. It has a spacious three double bedroom perfect for 6 people. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room and also Wi-Fi and aircon. The house has two private accesses. There is a lovely swimming pool exclusive use for the guests in the sunny private garden. The house is walking distance from several amazing beaches where you can do a lots of water sports. This house is perfect for a family with children or for couples. It is a no-smoking house and is not suitable for pets. Parties are not allowed.

I live in Ibiza from 2007 and I love it. Mostly I like to explore the island and discovering magic places . My favorite beach is cala Comte for the colorful cristal water Salinas beach for the magic atmosphere. Enjoy the famous and extravagant night life, have dinner in fashion restaurant or in the simple Spanish place, enjoy romantic sunset. ​ I bought the house in 2012, recently restored with love. ​There is a cat around the house. Nearby, there are beautiful views of the city and the sea .

You must see also the Arqueologic museum D'Eivissa and Formentera (3min walk) .There is a nice area in paseo de Figuretas with many restaurants with a romantic atmosphere by night and many supermarkets near the house. The house Is situated in a nice quiet area. Very close to the center and a short walk (250m)to the the sea. The distance from the airport is 15/20 minutes and there is a transporter service of the house.
