Our apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable , we have added wifi and air-conditioning free of charge and ask that the air conditioning is used respectfully and not abused or left on during the daytime . We have also just purchased a new sofa and ask that you use the throw cover if you have sun tan lotion applied to avoid damage and to keep it looking nice. Our large terrace offers a nice outside space to relax, play cards, listen to music and enjoy family and friends The communal pool is up a hill but offers lovely views the apartment is close by to several hotels which allow use of the facilities as long as you purchase drinks etc Marina Mar is closest then, Alegria Palacio. At the bottom of the hill towards the beach is Marina Playa,Hotel Best Mojacar and are all in walking distance (this road is a hill ) Also at bottom of the road are several beach bars with loungers and water sports Also in walking distance is the Marina de la Torre Golf course

We have a lovely lady called Carol who speaks English and Spanish who by prior arrangement will meet you at the apartment and answer any questions and provide information We hope you will enjoy and look after our apartment and if you have any questions about where to go , things to do for all ages or require any recommendations please ask as we have seen the area change over the last 15 years and are sure to be able to help

lovely hotels nearby to use pools and entertainment beautiful Mojacar Village is worth a trip Marina de la Torre golf course and driving range in walking distance plenty of beaches ,beach bars, watersports bike hire from one of the hotels Bowling alley along the Playa Garrucha is walking distance away Good bus service at the bottom of the hill water park in Vera , go carts & jet skis in Garrucha The marina in Garrucha and night market in high season is worthy of a visit
