Just about everything in this place is perfect everything that anyone would need and more is in this apartment, it is also very clean plenty of storage and a comfy bed it has a massive terrace with loungers and a table and chairs, its not even 10 mins walk to the main strip which is ideal, but has plenty of shoos bars resturabts right on the door step we had a slight issue with the shower and in contacting the owner it was fixed within a couple of hours and she personaly came to the apartment with a gift as an apology for this nothing seems to be a bother for them and she very kindly allowed us to stay on in the apartment for a while as our flight was changed so many thanks again and we will be booking this place again .

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a short 5 minute stroll to the old town and the huge variety of bars and restaurants. The apartment was bright and welcoming and spotlessly clean, with everything you would need for your stay. The view from the balcony was amazing, on a clear day we could see Fuerteventura and we had beautiful sunsets to watch every evening. There were plenty of towels and also a washing machine to wash our clothes. The swimming pool was 2 minutes walk away and again had amazing views and was spotlessly clean. Federica was more than welcoming and was only a phone call away if we needed anything. We would highly recommend Arthouse Sea Vies for a stay.

Great location in Puerto del carmen old town. Close to beach. Great restaurants and bars dotted around the area. Great view of the sea from the apartment. Spacious balcony. Very clean apartment.

We liked the location and the fact that it was like home from home with all appliances in the apartment . It’s spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well presented. It’s also very close to the supermarket.

The location was lovely, relatively quiet but close to everything you need. The pool was close by and also pretty quiet. The apartment had everything we needed for self catering and the bed was comfy (which is high praise from me!) Hosts were lovely as well even though we didn’t meet them they were always available by text pretty quickly. We also loved going to the wee restaurant below (The Vu) for breakfast or a quick drink.

The hosts Fredrica and Maurizio were lovely and went over and above to be helpful. The apartment was light, modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The sofas, beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower worked well. Washing machine was great. Swimming towels were provided. The sun terrace had two comfortable sun loungers and good shade if required. The swimming pool and surrounding area were well maintained and the on-site cafe/bar had a good selection of snacks/drinks. (No umbrellas or padding for sun beds, but these could be bought reasonably cheaply at nearby shops) The apartment is well situated for shops, bars and old town Puerto del Carmen (it is close to the road, but outside noise is minimal with doors closed).

The apartment was gorgeous with a modern feel. Nice and spacious with aircon in both the living and bedrooms. The pool is just a few steps away and is also nice and quiet. There is also a large balcony overlooking the marina. The apartment is close to lovely seafood restaurants in the old town of Puerto Del Carmen. We had a slight issue with the aircon and the owners fixed this asap. They were very helpful with details on arrival/instructions also. They also allowed us a late check out as our flight was late in the evening.

The views where fantastic. The artwork in the apartment is lovely. We really enjoyed our two weeks stay. The hosts Federica and Maurizio where very friendly. We will definitely be back.
